What if my order is damaged?

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Please follow these steps immediately:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
  2. Keep the item in its original packaging
  3. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
  4. Share your Order ID along with the images

What happens after I report the issue?

  • Our team will review your request
  • Once approved, we will arrange:
    • A replacement, or
    •  A refund (depending on availability and your preference)

Do I need to return the damaged product?

In most cases:

  • We may arrange a pickup, or
  • Request you to ship the item back

Our team will guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Important Notes

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Items should be unused and in original packaging
  • Claims without proper proof (photos/videos) may not be accepted
