When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only before it is processed or shipped.
For customized or personalized products, cancellation is allowed only if production has not started.
How can I cancel my order?
Option 1: From your account
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order you want to cancel
- Click on Cancel Order
Option 2: Contact support
If you don’t have an account or can’t cancel online:
- Contact us with your Order ID
- Our team will assist you
Will I get a refund after cancellation?
Yes, if your cancellation request is approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- It usually takes 5–7 business days
Why can’t I cancel my order?
You may not be able to cancel if:
- The order has already been shipped
- The product is customized and already in production
