Can I return my order?

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective item
  • Incorrect product delivered

 Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

When should I request a return?

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

How do I request a return?

To initiate a return:

  3. Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
  4. Our team will review and confirm the next steps

What happens after my return is approved?

  • We may arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back
  • Once the item is received and verified, your return will be processed

Will I get a refund or replacement?

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  •  Replacement product
  •  Refund to original payment method

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind
  • Shipping charges may not be refundable (if applicable)
