What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Please follow these steps immediately:
- Take clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
- Keep the item in its original packaging
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your Order ID along with the images
What happens after I report the issue?
- Our team will review your request
- Once approved, we will arrange:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (depending on availability and your preference)
Do I need to return the damaged product?
In most cases:
- We may arrange a pickup, or
- Request you to ship the item back
Our team will guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
