Getting Receipt

Need a receipt or invoice for your order? Here’s how you can easily access or request it.

How do I download my receipt?

You can download your receipt (invoice) anytime by:

  1. Logging into your account
  2. Going to My Orders
  3. Selecting the order
  4. Clicking on Download Invoice / Receipt

Will I receive a receipt automatically?

Yes, once your order is confirmed or delivered, a receipt/invoice is usually sent to your registered email address.

If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

What details are included in the receipt?

Your receipt typically includes:

  • Order ID
  • Product details
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Payment method
  • Total amount (including taxes)

Can I update billing details on my receipt?

Billing details can only be updated before the order is processed.
Once the invoice is generated, changes may not be possible.

For urgent requests, contact our support team.

I didn’t receive my receipt. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your receipt:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify your registered email address
  • Contact support with your Order ID

We’ll resend your invoice.
