How do I download my receipt?
You can download your receipt (invoice) anytime by:
- Logging into your account
- Going to My Orders
- Selecting the order
- Clicking on Download Invoice / Receipt
Will I receive a receipt automatically?
Yes, once your order is confirmed or delivered, a receipt/invoice is usually sent to your registered email address.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.
What details are included in the receipt?
Your receipt typically includes:
- Order ID
- Product details
- Billing and shipping address
- Payment method
- Total amount (including taxes)
Can I update billing details on my receipt?
Billing details can only be updated before the order is processed.
Once the invoice is generated, changes may not be possible.

I didn’t receive my receipt. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your receipt:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify your registered email address
- Contact support with your Order ID
We’ll resend your invoice.
