How can I track my item?

Once your order is shipped, you can track it by:

  1. Logging into your account
  2. Going to My Orders
  3. Clicking on Track Order next to your item

You will also receive a tracking link via email or SMS after dispatch.

When will tracking details be available?

Tracking details are usually shared within 24–48 hours after your order is shipped.

If you don’t receive them, please check your spam/junk folder or contact support.

Understanding tracking status

  • Order Placed – Your order has been successfully placed
  • Processing – Your item is being prepared
  • Shipped – Your package has been dispatched
  • In Transit – Your item is on the way
  • Out for Delivery – Delivery will happen soon
  • Delivered – Your order has been successfully delivered

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking updates may be delayed due to:

  • Courier system updates
  • Transit delays
  • Public holidays or weekends

Please allow some time for the latest status to appear.
