How do I add a payment method?
You can add a payment method during checkout:
- Select your preferred payment option (Card / UPI / Net Banking, etc.)
- Enter the required details
- Choose Save for future use (if available)
- Complete your payment
Your details will be securely saved for future purchases.
How do I update my payment details?
To update saved payment methods:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account Settings
- Select Payment Methods
- Edit your saved details
- Save changes
How do I remove a saved payment method?
To delete a payment option:
- Go to Account Settings
- Click on Payment Methods
- Select the payment method you want to remove
- Click Delete / Remove
What payment methods do you accept?
We support multiple payment options:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (available for select products)
Is it safe to save my payment details?
Yes, your payment information is protected using secure and encrypted systems. We do not store sensitive details like CVV numbers.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments may fail due to:
- Incorrect card details
- Insufficient balance
- Bank restrictions
- Expired card
Try using a different payment method or contact your bank for assistance.
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed.
You may cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one with a different payment option.
